这是因为你的设置的endnote输出格式有问题。解决方法如下：
在Endnote软件中———点edit——-output styles——editor“你需要修改的期刊名”——打开之后，在citations下的sort order改为same as bibliography，然后继续将bibliography中的sort order改为order of appearence即可
