没有语法错误 也没有其他错误 它就是一句正确的句子

can we应该改为 we can，不用倒装。
我觉得原句可以改为“It is only with this spirit that we can over difficulties one afte another and make us omve forward.”意思应该是没多大改变的。

move us 改成move ourselves 语序错误
强调句，把it is ...that 去掉后应该仍然是正常的完整的一句话；但确实这个句式有点累赘。如果不用强调句，就是Only with...开头，就用can we...

我怎么觉得这个句子有点纠结，像是强调句和倒装句的混合体。我觉得虽然用这两种句式都很出彩，但我觉得这样混在一起不好。这样比较好：only with this spirit ， can we overcome one difficulty after another and move forward constantly.

不知原句的 “spirit” 是否指 “精神”, “态度” ？无论如何，建议把句子这样改会更简洁：
