句子哪里错误(英语)

arrive 用的没错，可以参见《牛津英语语法》第34章的例句：

We knew that he would arrive about six．
我们知道他将在六点钟左右到。

语序也没错，《牛津英语语法》第34章的例句：

He asked when the train would get in．
他问火车什么时候进站。

因此，这句话没有语法错误。
要说错，就是后面结尾应该是句号，而不是问号，因为句子是间接引语。

He asked when the next train would arrive.
从句中用陈述语序;
would后用动词原形.由于arrive是不及物动词,所以后面不加宾语,如果是arrive at,后面就要加某个地方(sp.)

正确的是
He asked when would the next train arrive?

因为一般Sb. ask (that)后面一般跟一个完整的句子。那么正确的语序应该是把would 提前。

补充：我们可以把从句的部分分离出来，when would the next train arrive? 这是一个完整的句子并且可以单独使用，相当于代替了句子的宾语部分，用一个句子充当宾语。而按正常的句法语序来说，助动词应该是放在when后面的。

He asked when the next train would be arrive?
